Employer - Our mission is to increase socioeconomic mobility for young adults by building pathways to thriving careers. Employer partners are where we want those paths to lead to and are a vital part of that mission. If you are passionate about the health of Memphis and want to see your company continue to thrive here, let us know, because we want that too.
Referral - We are always looking for ways to expand our network and reach. If you work with or are somehow connected to the population that we serve, we would love to partner with you.
Guest Speaker - A large part of our Careers program is making sure young adults are prepared to thrive in a new career. If you have experience or can offer the supervisor’s perspective for entry level positions, we believe your input is essential for success. Let us know if you would be willing to help.
Ally or Mentor - Part of our framework for a successful program is relationship building. If you would like to have a more personal (1 on 1) role in the preparation of young adults for their future, let us know.
